The entire cycling community has expressed concern about the high number of road casualties we are experiencing. In order to start doing something tangible to reduce the number of accidents, it has been decided to have a National Safe Cycling Debate with representatives from all cycling communities in South Africa

If you are involved in cycling, be it as a recreational rider, cycling professional, cycling business owner, member of a club or social group, or in any other capacity, we cordially invite you to attend our debate (or, in the case of a group, send a representative).

If you are serious about your right to ride, and willing to take responsibility for your role as a road user, then you can’t afford not to be there.

We must find a solution, and together we can – join us and help stop the carnage.
