Thulani Mtsweni aka Sibiya on Isidingo(born 12 March 1987 in Tsakane, Gauteng, South Africa) is a South African actor. He popularly known for acting on Isidingo, Isibaya and Gomora. He attended Tsakane Primary School and completed his high school education at Pholosho Secondary School.

Mtsweni began his acting career in community theater and school plays. He later joined professional theater groups in Johannesburg, landing roles in various South African television series.
