Ugo Tuvi James Igwegbe was born in Nigeria.He graduated from the University of Lagos with a degree computer science. He also studied broadcasting at F.R.C.N Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria.Has a Diploma in acting from British Council film Academy (Nigeria 2000).He is now based in South Africa..

Ugo Tuvi James Igwegbe not only runs his own company but works in collaboration with Shakarny Innovations, a TV Innovative Productions and Content Distributions company, in the capacity of PR Manager.

Nollywood Actor, Producer, Director, Musician & Motivational Speaker

A popular actor on Nigerian Television series such as: “Blast from the past” from Wale Adenuga Productions, “This life” and others shown on MNET Africa Magic. 

Selected in 2009 for the popular T.V show on D.S.T.V Big Brother Africa to be one of the star mates with other celebrities around Africa. He has also co-produced some movies in South Africa and has acted in over twenty movies in Nollywood such as; 

Innocent Father Beyond Believe, Passion of my blood, Heist offence, God of war, hanged for love, Heart of a Woman, Deceived, Weep not, The Preacher’s house etc.

UgoTuviJames has a passion for people; especially the abused children and those orphaned by HIV/AIDS and wants to utilise his gender justice network to help bring about change in these areas. 

Through his works in the films and TV industry; he realized that there is a greater need for community-based solutions.

UgoTuviJames hopes to work with various stakeholders in his quest to promote art, culture, and tourism around Africa to bring about the much desired development, peace and change to help better people lives.

While in Big Brother Africa, UgoTuviJames realized the need to find a way to interlink different people from different African countries so as to enhance a better understanding of Africans and their dynamic respective cultures and background

UgoTuviJames’ company called “Changing Lives Media Production” is a company dealing with Film, Television, Innovation, Production, Content and Related Activities pertaining to Africa’s societies at large.

Vision

His vision is to start with a television series and movies incorporating South Africa, Kenya, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Ghana, Nigeria and other related African counterparts.

In addition, he plans to use this platform to showcase the beauty and prospects that Africa holds, especially from the South African perspective.
