D'ont Miss Lean Healthcare Summit 2017 #CAPondaRUN

The Lean Institute Africa is hosting our 2nd Lean Healthcare Summit on 7th September 2017 in Johannesburg. The latest lean thinking and practice in private and public health will be presented alongside valuable case studies. 

The Summit aims to present lean management to those who are new to it, and inspire and motivate those already using lean management in their organisations. 
We are delighted to have two international lean healthcare leaders join us as keynote speakers: Dr John Toussaint, CEO of Catalysis Inc, a healthcare improvement centre in the USA, and Dr Stefan Metzker, CEO of Maennedorf hospital, who is a driver of Lean healthcare in Switzerland and is supporting the change in European healthcare with a group of hospital CEOs.

From South Africa, we have Gauteng Health Department and Western Cape Government Health speaking about their lean journeys so far.

Graduate School of Business's Specialised Unit #SparkHealth will be presenting about Health Systems-strengthening.

We also have an experienced #ContinuousImprovement team, Hollardspeaking about their lean journey within their company, outside of healthcare, sharing lessons learnt applicable to the health sector.
