STREETS AFFECTED BY MARCH TODAY FRIDAY, 09 SEPTEMBER 2022.

Take note that there will be a march tomorrow, 09 September 2022 by Economic Freedom Fighters(EFF).

Purpose: They are demanding that the Public Protector must release the report regarding President Cyril Ramaphosa's Phalaphala farm investigation.

The marchers will gather from 09:00 at open space in Kirkness Street and Park Street, Loftus, Pretoria. 

The route of the march is as follows:

From open space at Kirkness Street and Park Street they will join Kirkness Street and turn left onto Lynnwood Road, right to Jan Shoba Street and turn right onto Lunnon Road to reach Public Protector's offices at 175 Lunnon Road, Hillcrest, Pretoria.

The following intersections will be affected:

 

* Park Street 

* Bond Street 

* Lynnwood Road

* University Road 

* Herold Street 

* Jan Shoba Street

* Lunnon Road

They are expected to disperse from Public Protector's offices at 15:30.

Tshwane Metro Police officers will be deployed to monitor march and all affected streets. Motorists are advised to avoid affected streets and use alternative routes such as:

* Burnett Street 

* Duxbury Road

* Brooks Street
